Lovely words about my classes ~
Daleen’s classes are thoughtful and well paced and allow me to really stretch out and explore what's possible.
I feel refreshed and energised after Daleen's classes. My body appreciates the challenge of the flow sequence, and the relaxation period at the end of the class is a chance to unwind and reset.
George
I didn’t realise how much I needed Daleen’s yoga until I started going. My mobility, balance and strength all improved after just one block of classes.
I now try to go as often as possible knowing it’s a safe space amongst like minded people. It’s a joy and a highlight of my week.’
Steph
Since I started Daleen’s classes I’ve enjoyed increased mobility and awareness of my body, my range of movement and balance are much better and continue to improve.
I always leave the class with a lovely sense of calm and ease of movement, relaxed and somehow a bit more alive!

FAQ’s
Q:Do I need to have practiced yoga before?
A: No! I welcome anyone new to yoga, and recommend attending the Gentle flow Class on Wednesday evening or Saturday morning.
Q: What kind of yoga do you teach?
A: Both the Gentle Flow and the Slow Flow Class are slow flowing, with pauses along the way. They start slowly and build gradually, always including options and variations to suit different body types. They are similar to hatha class that includes some flowing movement. (See the yoga dictionary link below for more detail).
Q: If I’m recovering from an injury, can I join your gentle Flow Class?
A: Contact me to let me know what your movement limitations are. In the case of a mild injury, the Gentle Flow Class is best as the pace is slow and variations are offered for injuries and limitations.
Q: I’m not very flexible, can I still practice yoga?
A: Definitely!! You don not need to be flexible to stretch. In fact yoga stretching is most valuable precisely when you’re not flexible.
Q: How much do classes cost?
A: A single Drop in class is £17 and includes a complementary class for new students. If you buy a seasonal block of classes, it typically costs £132 and runs for 3 months. Specialist or new courses are around £84 for a course over 6 weeks.
Q: What kind of relaxation is included in the classes?
A: I include Restorative Yoga or Yoga Nidra or a relaxing breathing practice. (See the yoga dictionary link below for these practices)
Q: Do I need to bring a yoga mat to classes?
A: All mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring your own mat.
Q: How can I try one or two classes before committing to more sessions?
A: If you’re new, book yourself into a single class, and I’ll ask you when you’d like to attend your second free class.
