1:1 Movement Recovery
Recover your mobility, stability, strength and energy with a transformational group of sessions
Whether your have an ongoing injury, are recovering from surgery, have poor balance or lack mobility, strength and stability in your joints, or you’re stressed and tired, 1:1 movement recovery is a program of personalised sessions. (Single sessions available if you prefer to try before committing to a series of sessions).
You’ll see a transformation in your mobility, strength and stability, so that you find more ease in your day to day movement, with improved energy and all round wellbeing.

Discover
We’ll discuss your main injury or movement issue, what you’d like to achieve your sessions, taking into account your state of mind & body, your energy levels and the amount of time you have in your daily schedule.
Collaborate
I’ll invite you to explore explore a range of easy to do yoga movement and breathing practices appropriate for you, which we’ll assess and adapt during our sessions together.
Take away
After each session we’ll have a few key practices that work best for you and you’ll receive notes, images & videos making it easy to practice on your own.
We’ll work with a selection of yoga practices, mindful movement and deep relaxation which could include:
Gentle Somatic Movement where you tune into your body so you’re fully aware of where you’re at in term of mobility, flexibility and strength.
Synchronisation of movement and breathing so that you move in an integrated mindful way.
Specific choices of yoga poses that are most beneficial to you and adapted to suit your body.
A multi disciplinary and creative approach integratinging traditional yoga and evidence based research about movement, strength training, stretching, breathing and biomechanics.
Deep relaxation practices to regulate and soothe your nervous system restoring your depleted energy.
