Relaxed, friendly and inclusive classes with accessible fluid movement that allows you to move well and relax deeply.

There’s a range of classes to suit you whether it’s your first time or you’re a more experienced practitioner.

Daleen has helped me to unwind and I use her relaxation techniques and tips to get back to sleep at night.

Her classes are gentle, non judgemental and friendly, but also include some more demanding exercises.

One of the benefits of taking part has been that I’m calmer at work, I have a better posture and I”m also found to my surprise that I’m better able to stand for long periods.

Daleen’s classes are thoughtful and well paced and allow me to really stretch out and explore what's possible.

I feel refreshed and energised after Daleen's classes.

My body appreciates the challenge of the flow sequence, and the relaxation period at the end of the class is a chance to unwind and reset.

George

Since I started Daleen’s classes I’ve enjoyed increased mobility and awareness of my body, my range of movement and balance are much better and continue to improve.

I always leave the class with a lovely sense of calm and ease of movement, relaxed and somehow a bit more alive!
