Move Well. Live Well. Age Well.

Move Well. Live Well. Age Well.

Slow, soothing yoga for mature bodies to age well, sleep well and restore long term vitality.

Hi,
I’m Daleen!

I share yoga with people like you who want to enjoy and embrace laid back, accessible yoga to support active ageing and long term vitality.

It’s time to move in a way that feels good in your body, exactly as it is, right now. You don’t need to move the way you did 10 years ago to find the ease of movement that you crave, and, you definitely don't need to be flexible to practice yoga!

Yoga postures support functional everyday movement that’s appropriate for your body as it changes with age, strength training builds muscle mass and bone density, while breathing and relaxation practices promote better sleep, restoring long term physical and mental vitality.

It’s never too late or too early to start investing in your future wellbeing!

I've been doing yoga with Daleen for a few years now and she's an excellent teacher.

The classes are very well paced, she takes the time to make sure that you get the most from the poses (and offers alternatives) and the yoga nidra relaxation at the end is blissful. Highly recommended..

‘I didn’t realise how much I needed Daleen’s yoga until I started going. My mobility, balance and strength all improved after just one block of classes.

I now try to go as often as possible knowing it’s a safe space amongst like minded people. It’s a joy and a highlight of my week.’

Daleen has helped me to unwind and I use her relaxation techniques and tips to get back to sleep at night.

Her classes are gentle, non judgemental and friendly, but also include some more demanding exercises.

One of the benefits of taking part has been that I’m calmer at work, I have a better posture and I”m also found to my surprise that I’m better able to stand for long periods.
