Discover

We’ll take time to discuss your main sleep problem, dive in to your lifestyle, how you feel,  your state of mind, body and energy levels.

Collaborative Practice

Explore a range of easy to do practices that can that  can be seamlessly included into your daily routines.

Assess & Adapt

Assess and  adjust practices so they feel right for you body, mindset and energy throughout the 6 weeks of our time together.

Over the weeks, we’ll work with a selection of yoga practices to help you recover your sleep and energy, which could include:

Personalised restorative practice to manage your fatigue, choosing easy to set up postures to work for you.

Wind down evening movement or activating daytime movement tailor made to fit in with your daily schedule and adapted to suit your body.

Breathing Practices (Pranayama) to return to sleep at night.

Daily micropractices such as mindfulness and journalling to be in the present moment, rather than overthinking things.

Simple guided relaxations and meditative practices most appropriate for you to create the shift in your nervous system from activated and stimulated into the deactivation of the ‘relaxation response’ which is essential to falling asleep.

Default practices you can fall back on when routines are broken through travel, illness or unexpected events in your life.

5 weekly 60 minute yoga sessions delivered in person in London E2 or online via Zoom if you aren’t local.
