Morocco Yoga Retreat

29 May-5 June 2027

Slow down, enjoy daily yoga, relax more deeply than you thought possible and connect with a group of like-minded people in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains

Tigmi is a traditional retreat hotel 24 kms south of Marrakech

With views across the Haouz Plain, and next to the charming Berber village of Tagadert, it’s the perfect peaceful rural setting to unwind and experience yoga away from the daily grind.

‘Tigmi’ meaning ‘my house’, is spread across several buildings, gardens and courtyards. With 2 swimming pools, an open air yoga terrace, an indoor yoga studio and a hammam with spa offering traditional treatments, you’ll leave feeling rested and replenished.

Time and space to slow down, rest, reconnect and recharge your energy.

Yoga to Move with Ease, Rest & Revitalise

Twice daily yoga is for all levels including beginners

Slow Flowing Morning yoga Yoga develops stability, strength, mobility and balance with feel-good ‘somatic’ movement to tune into what works for your body.

Variations and options will be offered throughout to suit all levels of experience.

Late afternoon practices are relaxing and include yin yoga (slower deeper targeted stretches), restorative yoga (comfortable & restful) or guided (yoga nidra) and prepare for a simple meditation practice.

Find out here about somatic movement, yoga nidra and restorative yoga in my yoga dictionary.

There’ll be one yoga free day and one after dinner practice to wind down with yoga techniques that support better sleep.

If you join the waitlist you’ll be invited to a private preview evening to experience the type of yoga you can expect on the retreat!

Tigmi is a hidden away treasure with just the right balance of relaxing treats and peaceful rural surroundings.
