It’s time to move in a way that feels good for your body, without poses that need gymnastic strength or a hyper flexible body. 

Yoga should be accessible and enjoyable with poses that work for you, (not the other way round)!

Daleen has helped me to unwind and I use her relaxation techniques and tips to get back to sleep at night.

Her classes are gentle, non judgemental and friendly, but also include some more demanding exercises.

One of the benefits of taking part has been that I’m calmer at work, I have a better posture and I”m also found to my surprise that I’m better able to stand for long periods.
